THE Guernsey Enterprise Agency has found a new home. Following the ending of its lease at Delta House in Cornet Street, where it had been for a number of years, the agency has settled into a new office on the Fountain Street side of the Markets.
Based on level five, under the Probation Service, the agency has its own meeting room and office where it can meet clients in complete confidence.
The office has been efficiently fitted out and is in keeping with the modern business environment which people expect.
‘This is a great improvement for us and comes as a welcome relief after a long period when we were borrowing space or meeting anywhere we could find a quiet corner,’ said agency managing director John Stares.
‘All our computer equipment is now up and running and we have more than adequate storage for our stationery.’
He said the agency needed a firm base for its operations.
‘We hope that we can stay in this prestigious location for many years to come. Our clients can meet us in a professional environment and be secure and confident about the service we provide.’
Despite the new office and superior location, he added that the services of the agency remained free and that the team was happy to see anyone starting a new business or seeking support with an existing business.
