GUERNSEY’S top two women distance runners are big doubts for the weekend’s Healthspan Easter Festival.
A flu bug meant Louise Perrio and Martine Scholes both missed last weekend’s inter-counties championships in which they had been selected for Hampshire.
And with the four-race festival just 48 hours away, the pair were both said to be struggling to be fit for the high-quality event in which a string of top UK runners will be competing, most notably Emma Pallant and Vicky Gill.
