Williams ends women’s domination at Sark club

AFTER three consecutive years in which the Sark AC women have stolen the limelight to win the overall championship, Glyn Williams has restored the men’s supremacy by winning the title for the 2007/8 season.

He was presented with the overall and men’s championship trophies at the club’s annual dinner and presentation night held at Stambles restaurant.

The women’s championship cup went to Liz Dewe, while the junior top award was won by Jason Brehaut who took the cup for the third consecutive time.
