A PAIR of fund administrators have left the corporate world to provide their own bespoke solutions.

Serena Tremlett and Mel Torode undertook a management buyout from their previous employer to form Morgan Sharpe Administration Ltd.

The company office is at Albert House, just across the hall from where the team worked in their previous guise as Assura Ltd. ‘It’s a huge leap of faith to believe you can run a business yourself, but we’re confident we can do a good job,’ said Mrs Tremlett.

‘We thought we would be with Assura forever, but we both realised that it wasn’t what we wanted in life. Big companies are driven by internal bureaucracy and that’s not our personalities. Personal satisfaction is the most important thing.’
