THREE lawyers from Carey Olsen have been named among the leading experts in trusts and estates law.
The Legal Media Group’s Expert Guide includes Guernsey partners Russell Clark, Paul Buckle and Michael Eades, as well as three from the Jersey office.
The nomination procedure saw more than 2,000 questionnaires being sent out to senior in-house counsel, partners at eminent law firms and other specialists in over 40 jurisdictions, as well as interviews with a select group of specialists in leading commercial centres worldwide.
With six senior lawyers in the list, Carey Olsen is the most recognised Channel Islands firm in this year’s guide.
Managing partner John Greenfield said it was a significant achievement. ‘Having six of our team make the cut is an endorsement of the levels of service our clients receive from our fiduciary law group.
‘It is a real credit to those involved and to the firm in general and shows the strength in depth we have and how confident clients and colleagues are when instructing us to undertake work for them.’
