These are things that will be in the past now and rightly so. Sark has been dragged kicking and screaming into reality with the rest of the world with reference to its politics and feudal luxuries. Guernsey is next in line for a bashing if it chooses to put up a fight or drags its heels iplementing rights enjoyed elsewhere in the modern world. The whole of the islands constitution is long overdue for a shake up. This is essential to see where all the privilages and luxuries are channeling towards. Just because some may wish to bring in changes does not necessarily mean that these are going to be bad. In the main it will further the majority. It will only be the minority (as in the likes of Michael Beaumont) that will have something to worry about.
