SPIKE PRODUCTIONS is leading the way in the solar industry by producing a weekly TV news programme about the sector.

Having worked alongside leading solar publisher PV-Tech at a number of conferences and events, local firm Spike took the idea for a weekly news programme to the company.

PV-Tech saw its potential and agreed to a three-month trial of a weekly 10-minute news programme about the solar industry that is viewed online.

The programme has now been running for eight weeks and sees Spike prepare the script, source interviews with solar industry professionals and edit and record the footage for the show, including the filming of the presenter in a Jersey studio.
