IT SERVICES provider Itex has reshaped the structure of its business for what it believes will be major changes within the industry over the next few years.

The business has created group divisions to ensure a more integrated and standardised approach to client service in its three offices in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

The realignment has resulted in Gary Bowles being recruited as business development director responsible for the group’s sales and professional services delivery.

A new market development function has been created to focus on new services and markets, which will be led by Guernsey managing director Richard Parker, who will be responsible for group marketing.
