A NEW but traditional office development on the Grange already looks at one with its surroundings on the road.

The new Kings House building, opposite the Healthspan headquarters, complements its neighbour Roseneath and the surrounding Georgian architecture on the road.

The opening of the new offices marks the beginning of a new era for Trust Corporation and its fund administration arm Fund Corporation and their 30 staff, who have moved out of Roseneath into the purpose-built accommodation, which leaves room for further expansion.

‘We believe that our contemporary plans can be achieved without compromising our traditional values, personal service and professional excellence,’ said Michael Betley, managing director of Trust Corporation.
