This will be a classic privatisation model, like the UK railway system, where the Government maintain the tracks and infrastructure, the maintenance of the Beau Sejour building will remain the responsibility of the tax payer. The classic circle of 'privatising the profits and socialising the losses' will then be completed, leaving the tax payer to pick up the nasty costs a company would not be interested in. A more efficient way of running the place would be getting someone like Stuart Falla involved where some good ideas and duplication of effort could be removed. Otherwise, leave the place alone!
