Roughly speaking( very roughly, as the split is nearer 60/40 than 50/50 ) kerbside recycling would double the amount being collected from households .... so I predict the cost of collection will double .... as will the resources ( staff / vehicles ) to collect it ... and probably the time it will take. And a States department is going to sort that out in under a year ? I'll believe it when I see it ...
