So the 10,000 who are poor in Guernsey all have access to the Internet at home then going on that other report quoted... Libaries and other social centres can and do provide internet access to those who do not have it at home so they are not excluded. I think this iPad idea is a sinker for many of the reasons already posted. Just because it is on the Internet does not make it correct, bit of a dodgy way of doing school work or learning relying on what you google.
