However using the Coutanchez as an example, the report suggests that this road needs no attention as the 'checks' show that the vast majority average below their 85% rule. This is probably due to the blind corners slowing traffic. We have all seen the UK ads outlining the increased risk of death for every 1mph above 20 mph. I sincerely hope the report specifically outlines the recommendations for roads without pavements.
