Can Mr Hunter Adam confirm whether these are his own Department's ideas or that of the incredibly expensive consultant they brought in to 'help' them manage their budget (and whose employment to do so, ironically adds to the huge overspend)....... anyone know...or care....? Expect not, our increased taxes will cover all out of control States Department spending, ay.
