Please define 'fair', Woody, that's a very subjective term, as is your opinion, purely based on high earners, who can, comparatively speaking, well afford the tax they pay compared with Mr and Mrs Average. Some people, in fact, most people, here, through no fault of their own and no matter how hard they work, will never achieve falling into the top earner (capped) category for tax, and equally, not everyone who earns a king's ransom in income/wages has worked any harder than those less fortunate. So tell me again, what is 'fair'...?
