What States House said, Strutting D. The rich man isn't 'expected to pay more', what I would like is for those in that category to pay their 20%, the same as the rest of it, not have capping in place, which essentially means a percentage of his income isn't taxed at all, or, to put it another way, that he pays less than 20%. That is what's not fair, IMO. Why should the poor man subsidise the rich man's reduced tax arrangement?
