Whether you agree or otherwise with the reasoning behind the provision of disabled parking bays, they are there for the use of such persons... by law. I sincerely hope that if you query the 'rights' of disabled persons and park in an unused diabled parking bay in future, you don't bleat when you are fined for your 'devil advocate's' role.
