Proudlocal Disabled people have the ability to park elsewhere and use their wheelchairs to get to their location too. My point is about equality as opposed to special treatment. Any person, whether able bodied or disabled can miss an appointment due to no parking availability. The disabled person can park in an ordinary space if the disabled spaces are in use but not vice versa. How many disabled spaces should there be in each location?
