St Marcouf, you say: "I wonder how many disabled persons were actually inconvenienced in the 2.5 hours that Deputy Inglis parked in the space? Probably not even one. Certainly nobody came to any harm." What a totally irrellivent comment to the selfish attitude taken by the Deputy, who apparently couldn't have cared less whether they were inconvenienced of not.
