Agree Rosie. Sounds like Ted could do with a few months commuting on the M25 to learn what traffic congestion really is. Of course if 50% of car drivers started cycling perhaps this terrible "congestion" would decrease. Talking of traffic density, I've been driving for about 20 years on this island and every time the schools are on holiday I notice a significant decrease in town traffic particularly in the mornings. Sometimes it's so marked I feel like I'm driving on a Sunday.
