At least this has got some feedback, whether positive or negative.(Apologies..for'improve' read 'create') Not my idea, but a suggestion was that a firm such as NCP might finance the second storey at North Beach; and use the ground floor for permit holders, families and the disabled. I don't consider all suggestions be put in place,but I do know of large areas of derelict greenhouse sites which would be ideal for P & R...
