So that's £9m-plus of savings that we've sorted over the Xmas break from our armchairs. It's probably more like £9.5m as Dani's £9m was based on 2009 figures. However, we should be prudent and assume that maybe 20% would need to continue to be paid to those who genuinely need it, so that's still just over £7.5m of annual savings. Anything else we can find before the New Year?
