Rosie My problem with this new Transport Strategy will be that its going to be based right from the start on incorrect population figures, as the States are still wishing that sixty five thousand people live on this Island, just look at the roads to see the true figure now around seventy five thousand at least, maybe more, something they just don't want to accept!
