GM The funding of the scheme has been addressed by reinstating the contribution rate to previous levels i.e. the level it was at before they decided to reduce the "substantial surplus". What part of SUBSTANTIAL SURPLUS did you not understand? You have no evidence that liabilities continue to grow. But stick to your dogma, you are helping to sell newspapers.
