GM I have pasted the link to the Nov billet about 100 times but you still choose to ignore the standard actuarial calculations and are fixated on FRS17. The States of Guernsey do not currently use the FRS17 valuations as their benchmark against their funding target, Neil Forman take note your figures are the wrong ones to use for this comparison. End of.
