I had to look up the term 'bin dippers'and found the following .. Abbreviation for "bin dipper" aka scouser. Derived from their habit of foraging in dustbins for food, clothing and mating partners. Have to agree with 'Tut'.. it must be quite offensive to anyone from that area but on the other hand quite hilarious to many others ( not me I hasten to add)
