To all who air views, The important thing in all this is that local football doesnt vanish,planning when gfc started seems to me,and not by all, that people didnt worry about the long term damage that would happen to g.f.a. and sadly we are seeing what will happen if not acted on.I have no problems with gfc, where i do have problems is with a number of people who totally tried by ignoring gfa and filling the pages of the newspaper with gfc news and nothing else, they have done a great disservess to football.I do hope that while there have been no gfc games all these new fans of local football have been attending other local games, and showing how much they love football, if they havent,perhaps some of the comments above are correct.
