Pepe I presume the gent meant that some people are willing to wait up to ten minutes in the middle of the inner bridge road for someone to reverse out of their space ( probably an exaggeration ... my father once swore that he waited half an hour to get off the old yellow line at the North Side /Bridge junction !) If those 'waiting' drivers had the gumption to look over their shoulder they would see that they are causing a back up of traffic more than halfway along Southside
