These drivers should be thankful that they have jobs. Perhaps CT Plus should be taking a harder stance and getting rid of a few of them, I'm sure there are other people out there that are able to do the job. Most of the drivers are rude, some barely speak English. A few people I know have had to help the driver along his route because he didn't know the way!
