Taff Excellent post, it is quite obvious that "Managers" use consultants to avoid making decisions which may show just how useless a lot of them are (not all) Somebody posted, very rcently, how much consultants cost this island of 63,000+ the figures were absolutely staggering. If I was being paid 50-100k per annum as some of these managers are I would expect to be making decisions and getting results.
