There has to be a line drawn between Finance and the States of Guernsey. If Finance are laying off staff then the states of guernsey must follow its financing deficits too. With low banking interest for a long forseeable future investment has to find new avenues to persue.Everbody has to tighten their belts for the unforseeable future. Unfortunally job losses increases stress and unstability throughot our local work force
