In principle that sounds perfectly reasonable to me - it would be a good addition to the Occupation Museum and wouldn't hinder the development of the site. One thing crosses my mind though - surely Festung Guernsey would have already proposed that if they thought it was reasonably possible? (that's presuming they didn't of course).
