My Grandmother was here during the occupation and she told me would be more than happy to rid the Island of the memories (think she may have been talking of her generation that lived through it)of these invaders and their illegal activities we see on a daily basis. Not sure i agree entirely with her and its good to have the museums with all the history for those that choose to go and look. As for remembering the occupation i have no recollection of it as i and i`m sure most who are alive today can`t remember a thing about it.
