I'm sure he earns more than the guys who actually have to go and fill in the holes. I'm sure these guys do not need to be told where the pot holes are and they don't need a road inspector to watch them do the work with his hands in his pockets. This is why Guernsey is in a mess with bureaucratic nonsense.
