I say that because this is a matter which will have to find a willing States Committee sponsor to take it to the Assembly for debate and if passed will then have to find it's way into the Law Officer's in tray for drafting into local law On past experience THAT is where it is likely to remain for perhaps ten to fifteen years by which time I expect my old bones to be settled in to my pre-booked slot in heaven .................. or that other place :(
