Horse passports mean that for each horse you have a known list of the products consumed. There will be far less sh**e in horse meat I suspect then intensively reared beef with all the antibiotics and stuff not forgetting the highly suspect animal feed given. I owned a horse for over a decade and not once were antibiotics used for example.
