If it`s that good for the fuel industry then let them pay for the instillation of this quay, we all know what will happen, all the installation will be paid for by the tax payer and the fuel companies will find a way to put up the prices of our fuels. If you`re that keen for new facilities then cough up. I`ve seen Islands around the world that have off shore moorings with an off loading pipeline to the shore, a lot cheaper than building special quays. How do you think places like St Helena and the Pitcairn Islands land their supplies when they haven`t even got a harbour?
