I enjoyed and agreed with most of your post but have to disagree with your suggestion that a 'recycling initiative co ordinator' is unnecessary, although for my money, the title 'recycling officer' would do just fine! Recycling is going to a major part of our waste strategy and sadly, owing to the fact that there is a considerable percentage of our population either not recycling at all, or only recycling a fraction of what can be recycled, we are going to need several 'recycling officers' ensuring that the whole population engage with the strategy as intended.
