Construct a 'Barrage' similar to the one at La Rance in France from the Vale Castle east towards Herm, and at the same time install wind generators along the top of the'Barrage' This idea (in part) can be seen on the huge western outer breakwater in Bilbao, northern Spain. we will then have the best of both worlds with the added advantage of these systems having already been tried and tested,
