Or just stick with what we have. It's worked for the many years and poses no more of a health and safety risk then the tanks on bulwer avenue. Our states need to grow a pair. Our Guernsey states forget that we are in the biggest financial crisis since the 30's, mind you it's always easy to forget when it's someone else's money!
