Not sure what other way your post could have been interpreted but fair play to you Fred. But i don`t know why you think the police blocks were the wrong tool? i am sure this is a practice often used by police forces in cases such as this. What qualifies you to suggest it is the wrong tool? although it may just be your opinion which your entitled to.
