Dave "You have no knowledge of the details"???? How about just commenting on the principle of not telling the public this kind of information? Were you one of those who said "we don't need a Fredom of Information Law, we have open government"? Open government my a**e, time after time after time we see incompetence covered up and the people involved rewarded with promotions etc in spite of their failings.
