I think this whole thread about noise is just plain daft. So what if it makes a slightly bigger noise just sometimes (well actually often) people have just got it too easy and complain way way too much about trivial things. Stop even suggesting that there will be a problem. Just get on with saying this is the scheme we will be using. Do not invite people to even have a chance to moan, do you think I get any say where I am for my waste, nope I am told this will be collection day and this is what you can put out and how.
