I was thinking of the Admiral Park traffic lights and North Beach and Salerie car parks. If the road block was at the Victoria Avenue/Les Banques junction, I'm sure that most of the passing traffic would either have come from or be heading towards the traffic lights and lots of it would have originated in those car parks.
