Phil strange post... That is why Jersey has a tourist industry and we don't. How many island tours have you seen in Guernsey. We don't have any attractions except the ones by the States. List the amenities in St.Peter Port that would attract the tourists a few shops and places to eat no market. That's why they don't spend any money..
