Jimbo In my view and the opinion of local environmentalists it ought to be used now, but the States members, such as Mike O' Hara, are more concerned about creating a new skate park- something that has very little anemity value and long term benefit. I fully acknowledge and respect the need for the States to invest time and effort into solving the issues of housing shortages and creating new housing, but equally important is the need to cultivate local produce to improve self-sufficiency in anticipation of climate change and subsequent depeltions in grain harvests in places such as the USA.
