Okay, bcb, let's split 'wreaking havoc' into two categories: Harmless: the individual creates noise, runs around with their comrades, hides in alleyways and behind sides of buildings and have mock play-fights in the park. Dangerous: the individual harasses passers-by by physically confronting them or shouting abuse, throws around either organic or inanimate objects and uses them to damage buildings with regards to physical structure and aesthetic appeal, uses graffiti in public and plays on others' boats. There is an exhaustive list for both categories, but I am sure that you can figure the rest out... So which category best suits you, bcb, and which is the one that local mischief-makers ought to go by- if they must engage in devilry at all ?
