Laurie Thanks for the clarification. It appears that I wasn't alone in misinterpreting your earlier post re hotels. Apologies for that. Not sure about your comments on youth football. All of the current GFC squad except Mackay came through despite rather than because of the local youth system. In your day I think there were probably more high quality "imports" playing for Guernsey, such as Laurence Graham, Andy McMillan, Johnny Reid, Drew Pollock, Brian Knight etc who were outstanding players but did not come through local youth football
