Guernsey's health service is almost free, patient's do not pay for that surgeon when their sickness needs it. I do not call paying for the Dr and perscriptions that much of a patient burden in the scheme of things, it is still cheap enough to make bad choices to make your need on the health service greater then if you made good choices, if it were not then there would not be obesity issue that currently presents. Guernsey is an island with an enourmous amount of outside activity available, yet we have obesity problems just like an inner city where you might have expected it more, I just don't get it. It must stem from parents using their cars too much setting a lifestyle of inactivity for themselves and their children.
