Spartacus, There is a simple way of avoiding obesity. Just don't eat things that are bad for you like potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, root vegetables, dried fruit........i.e. anything that is high in starch or sugar content. Eat meat and fish cooked in saturated animal fat or olive oil, along with leafy green veg. Nuts are fine too. Don't count calories: just avoid carbohydrates and sugars, in both food and drink.
